Carpentier - Smart wood for nice places

Carpentier plants 700 trees for real impact

21/02/2021

In step with the Voka Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Carpentier is working with Go Forest to plant trees in regions where they are urgently needed.

In our role as a leader for a greener world, we are planting 100 trees in the Amazon rain forest of Peru and another 600 in Armenia. Trees at these locations have an impact on biodiversity, CO2 absorption and local economies. By taking this action, we are reducing our environmental footprint and committing our support to 6 of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s).

Planting bamboo in Peru

We planted our first bamboo in the Amazonian rain forest of Peru in early February.

We are excited that Go Forest will be providing us with regular updates on the growth, status and impact of our trees. We look forward to keeping you informed via our Facebook page.
