As one of the first Belgian companies to hold a PEFC and FSC® label, Carpentier makes sustainable, environmentally respectful business a top priority. We keep a close eye on ensuring that all wood comes from legal, responsibly managed forests.
Moreover, we do not offer tropical hardwood, but deliberately choose sustainable, ecological alternatives such as oak, thermo ash, thermo softwood (pine and Clear Pine), thermo bamboo, Accoya, poplar, douglas fir and reclaimed wood.
This ecological vision is consistently applied throughout our production processes and in the development of our circular wood products.
As a reward for our efforts and achievements in sustainable business, we received the annual certificate of the Voka Charter for Sustainable Enterprise.
