Ignite is our new profile in HOTwood pine. Extremely durable, it has all the advantages of thermal pine, with a tongue-and-groove board that is textured to look just like charred wood. But the surface of the Ignite board is not actually charred. Instead, its beautiful appearance is created by embossing the thermal pine, then brushing and applying a black finish.
This unique profile is ideal for interior and exterior projects. Moreover, it is incredibly low-maintenance, requiring no more than a coat of black paint every five to seven years. With regular painting, the charred effect will remain intact for years.
