Timber frame stock products

For professionals who prefer to do the work themselves, Carpentier keeps individual timber frame elements in stock in various sizes: I-joists, LVL beams and GL beams. These elements are also available made to measure as a building kit. You will also find everything you need to make the building envelope airtight, watertight and well insulated: vapour control membranes, breather membranes, insulation and tapes. Click on the products you are interested in to discover more technical details.

From inside to outside: the build-up of your timber frame wall

A timber frame structure only performs well if every layer is right. At Carpentier you will find stock products for the complete build-up:

  • Inside: a humidity-variable vapour control membrane, pro clima INTELLO or INTELLO PLUS, for airtightness.
  • Insulation: iQ3 cellulose insulation, blown in seamlessly right into every corner.
  • Outside: a vapour-permeable breather membrane, pro clima SOLITEX MENTO 3000 or MENTO PLUS.
  • Seams and connections: pro clima TESCON VANA tape and ORCON F connection adhesive.

Not sure which combination best suits your project? We are happy to help you decide.

From individual elements to a ready-to-build kit

In addition to individual elements, Carpentier supplies its stock products fully prepared as a building kit. Our technical draughtsmen produce a detailed calculation based on your project — walls, roof elements, floors — after which we CNC-machine every component in our own workshop and deliver it numbered. You start on site with material that is ready to install, including assembly instructions. No expensive machinery needed on site, no time lost cutting to size. This way of working saves you both time and money.

Get started right away

Every element is CNC-machined and clearly numbered, so assembly on site is logical and easy to follow. Your team knows exactly where each piece goes, with less searching, less measuring and less risk of errors.

Detailed instructions

Our assembly instructions give your team clear guidance during construction. That means faster assembly, a more accurate result and a calmer building site.
