With prefabricated roof elements from Carpentier, you can close off a timber-frame structure quickly and in dry conditions. We build the roof panels made to measure in our workshop, complete with the structural joists, inner and/or outer boards and high-quality insulation, and deliver them ready for installation on site.
Each roof element is designed on the basis of your plans and the structural calculation. We produce the joists in KVH, GL beams, I-joists or LVL, depending on the span and your specifications.
Because the panels are built off site, your roof is closed in a short space of time. This reduces the build time on site and protects the structure against wind and weather more quickly.

Prefer to assemble the roof build-up yourself? Then we deliver the joists and beams of your roof cut to size, CNC-machined and numbered according to plan. With the technical plans and assembly instructions included, you can build the roof smoothly on site.
Is your client opting for a complete concept? Then we can also include a timber deck, wooden gate and/or fence in the same wood variety and style as part of the kit.
