Carpentier's prefabricated floor panels combine load-bearing capacity with quick installation. Based on the engineer's structural calculations, we build floor elements using I-joists, LVL or GL beams. For larger spans, we use Sylva™ LVL Rib Panels.
Each storey floor is developed on the basis of the engineer's calculation. We assemble the floor panels in our workshop and deliver them ready to install, so you can quickly continue building on a stable floor.
We can easily fit the panels with recesses for services such as ventilation, so that installers can get to work smoothly afterwards.
Carpentier is a licensed manufacturer of Sylva™ LVL Rib Panels for floors and roofs. Under licence granted by Eurofins, and in accordance with the technical specifications and quality framework of Stora Enso, we produce these flat LVL panels with structurally bonded ribs in our timber construction production hall.
The result is a strong and material-efficient rib panel, ideal for larger spans.
