Your kit in two formulas

Your timber frame comes fully made to measure as a ready-to-assemble kit. We saw and machine all beams on our CNC machines and number them, so they fit together like a puzzle on site. With the technical plans and assembly instructions included, assembly runs smoothly and clearly.

You decide how far we take it:

  • CNC kit: sawn, CNC-machined and numbered beams that your team assembles on site.
  • Prefabricated elements: walls, roof elements and floor panels that we build up in our workshop, including insulation, membranes and cladding if required.

From design to assembly

  1. Design: you provide us with your plans or draw out your project in our timber construction app.
  2. Technical calculation: our technical draughtsmen work your project out into a detailed calculation, including BIM integration.
  3. Production: we CNC-machine and number each part in our own workshop.
  4. Delivery and assembly: you receive a clearly organised kit with clear technical plans and visual assembly instructions.

Why choose a timber-frame construction kit?

No measuring and sawing on site

All beams arrive sawn to size and CNC-machined. Your team no longer has to measure, saw or fit, and can start assembly straight away.

Each part numbered

Each element is clearly numbered according to the plan. This way your team knows exactly which piece goes where, with less searching and less chance of mistakes.

Build up to 3x faster

Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication and our circular joints, your structure is erected up to three times faster than with conventional building.

Technical support included

Our technical draughtsmen think along with you and translate your plans into a precise calculation. This way you start on site with confidence.

From frame to finish

We can even supply a complete package. Alongside the timber frame, we also supply the accompanying cladding, roof boards, wall panelling, timber decking, fencing and gate. All in the same wood variety and style, perfectly coordinated.
