Fresh or air-dried oak beams

Our stock includes both fresh and air-dried oak beams, available in various qualities. This way you can match the material to the application, the desired look and the technical requirements of the project.

Air-dried oak has the advantage that much of the movement has already disappeared from the wood. Do bear in mind that our air-dried oak beams have been sawn for at least one year, with no guarantee of a specific moisture percentage.

What you can expect from us

  • Continuous stock of 500 m³ in standard dimensions

Oak beams sawn to measure

Standard sizes are not always enough. That is why we re-saw oak beams to exactly the dimensions you need. In our sawmill we can also plane or fine-saw, even with larger sections.

In addition, plenty of extra processing is possible. Think of CNC machining, brushing or charring, entirely tailored to the project. This way you don't just get a beam, but an element that is ready for installation or exposed work.

Also of interest for restoration projects

In addition to new oak beams, we also have a fine assortment of reclaimed oak beams. These are particularly suitable for restorations of protected heritage and historically valuable buildings, such as abbeys, monasteries and town halls.

Oak structure with air-dried oak beams

For these royal stables, we supplied four lorries with exceptionally large sections of air-dried oak beams.

The unique quality and quantity were perfectly suited to the oak trusses of this prestigious project, which is beautifully captured in the video alongside.
