For those who like to work with genuine oak, choice in size, dryness and quality is essential. That is why we continuously keep an extensive stock of square-edged oak, both kiln-dried and fresh to air-dried. With us you will find both fixed and random widths, in a range of qualities and for very different applications, from interior work to exterior joinery.
Our fresh to air-dried oak in fixed widths is particularly suited to outdoor applications such as cladding, roof boards and decking. We expertly dry the boards to approximately 16 to 18%, so that they are ready for further processing.
There is also plenty of scope for interior applications. We offer kiln-dried square-edged oak in fixed and random widths, with a wide choice of qualities. Fixed widths are a real speciality here and are often used in the furniture and flooring industries. Our oak boards in fixed widths are 27 mm thick as standard and are also available in 20 mm on request. For random widths, the range runs from 20 mm to 100 mm thick, in both prime and more rustic qualities.
