QuickClip®: circular cladding and decking system

With QuickClip®, you clip timber boards invisibly onto an aluminium substructure, and later unclip them just as easily. This keeps wood in use for longer. What's more, our HOTwood Essen, HOTwood Pine and HOTwood Clear Pine with the QuickClip® system are Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze.

Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze

After a four-year process, Carpentier achieved the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze certificate for HOTwood Essen, HOTwood Pine and HOTwood Clear Pine with the QuickClip® system, for cladding and decking. For you, that means: a timber façade or deck where you know what's in it, how it was made and how it can be given a new place after use.

Circular down to the last detail

Unclip rather than prise loose

With a set of dismantling keys, you unclip the boards without any damage.

Replace board by board

Is one board damaged? Then you replace just that board, while the rest stays in place.

Rebuild elsewhere

You can fully dismantle a façade, deck or wall and rebuild it elsewhere.

No glue, no screws in the wood

This keeps the material pure and reusable.

How dismantling works

Watch this video to see how you unclip a QuickClip® façade or deck with dismantling keys and reinstall it.

Invisibly fixed, quickly installed

Carpentier opted for the Grad® fixing system. The clips come pre-mounted at the correct spacing on the aluminium substructure. You simply clip the pre-grooved timber boards onto them. No visible screws or nails, and the boards align themselves perfectly.

Why choose QuickClip®?

  • Circular: fully demountable and reusable
  • Invisible fixing for a sleek, seamless finish
  • Fast installation: save up to 50% on installation costs
  • Splinter-free: no drilling, no nails or screws
  • Optimal ventilation between boards and substructure
  • Automatic alignment of the boards
  • No unnecessary waste
