Everything for a smooth and correct installation

Aluminium joists
Our QuickClip® cladding comes with the invisible Grad® fixing system: a black-coated aluminium substructure on which all clips are pre-mounted. For the edge finish of windows and doors, or in places where you want to position the joists closer together, you can order additional aluminium joists.
Clips
We also supply the Grad® clips separately, so you can fit an extra clip onto the aluminium joist yourself. Also handy if the build-up with the 12 mm aluminium rail turns out too thick, or if there is already an existing timber substructure in place.
Grad® mini-rail
For applications with curved or rounded shapes, a flexible aluminium rail is available. It can be bent by hand to a radius of 500 mm and has a low height of just 6 mm. Please note: the clips on the Grad® mini-rail cannot be removed.
Clip grip
With vertical cladding, there is a risk that boards slide along the clips due to gravity. The Grad® clip grip fits perfectly around the Grad® clip and prevents the cladding from sliding — without losing its circular character.
Dismantling keys
With a set of Grad® dismantling keys, you can easily unclip a QuickClip® board without causing any damage. Ideal when you want to replace a board, reach pipework behind the façade or give it a refresh.
Waterproof membranes
Carpentier also supplies waterproof, UV-resistant façade membranes in rolls of 1.5 x 50 metres. The membrane for use behind open-joint cladding meets European reaction-to-fire class B-s1,d0.
Battens
For installation without aluminium joists, we offer black or green impregnated softwood battens, as well as black fire-retardant battens for use in combination with fire-retardant open-joint cladding.
