We do not sell directly to private individuals. You can, however, discover our products in our showroom and through our projects. For purchases, we are happy to refer you to an authorised timber merchant from our dealer list. Feel free to request it from us, and you will find a point of sale nearby.
Yes, a visit to our showroom in Tielt is by appointment only. This way, our specialists can take the time to guide you through your choice. You are welcome every weekday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on Saturday mornings. Make your appointment via our contact page.
Thermally modified wood, such as our HOTwood products, is naturally low-maintenance and weathers evenly to grey if you leave it untreated. If you wish to retain the original warm colour, apply a suitable oil periodically. It is always best to treat exposed end grain with a wax oil to prevent end-grain cracking.
