The interior of this home extension in Kortrijk was entirely finished with wall panelling in charred thermo ash. The deep, dark tone and the pronounced wood grain give the interior a warm yet modern look. A flush interior door in the same material creates a sleek and uniform whole, with door and wall blending seamlessly into one another. The use of HOTwood ash guarantees a durable, low-maintenance finish with a unique character.
This project is part of an overall scheme in which the cladding of the house and the extension were also carried out in charred thermo ash.
