Choosing Accoya means choosing a decking board with class. This modified, FSC®-certified wood is renowned for its exceptional stability, long lifespan and refined appearance. Choose from a range of Accoya decking boards that are technically strong and make all the difference aesthetically.
Accoya is a wood variety for decking where sustainability and stability take centre stage. Thanks to the non-toxic modification process, acetylation, the wood is strengthened right to the core.
Accoya is the decking board for those who really don't want to compromise on quality. The combination of a 50-year guarantee, minimal maintenance and a timeless appearance makes it an investment that pays off.
Accoya decking boards are made for decks that need to stay beautiful for a long time. They combine a refined appearance with exceptional stability, low maintenance and strong performance in outdoor environments.
We offer a 50-year guarantee on our Accoya decking boards. That is the longest guarantee in our range. And that is no coincidence: Accoya is naturally exceptionally stable, low-maintenance and 100% rot-resistant.
Accoya is FSC®-certified and has a low CO₂ footprint. Carpentier is an officially recognised Accoya® distributor.
With QuickClip® by Grad®, you install decking boards quickly, precisely and without visible fixings. The clips come pre-mounted on the aluminium joists, so all you need to do is click the pre-grooved boards into place. This makes for an effortless installation and a sleek end result, saving up to 50% of time on site.
QuickClip® by Grad® is also a circular system. Using dismantling keys, you can later unclip the boards without damaging them — for instance, if work is needed beneath the decking. Afterwards, you simply reinstall them just as easily.

Upon physical impact, decking boards can slide along the clips. To ensure the boards stay neatly in place, installers often resort to glue. However, the use of glue causes the circularity of our QuickClip® products to be lost. That is why we recommend using the Grad® clip grip. This handy tool firmly locks the decking boards onto the aluminium joist, while the boards still remain easy to dismantle, thus retaining their circular character. One clip grip per board is sufficient to prevent shifting.
The right accessories also make all the difference when installing a timber deck. They ensure greater stability, smoother assembly and a result that is technically sound.
Grad® adjustable decking risers are ideal for an uneven surface or a raised deck. You simply clip the aluminium joists into place and bridge height differences from 100 mm to 1 metre with a single model.
There are also handy tools such as elastomer tape, clip grips, corner brackets and the Top Cube — every accessory helps you work faster, more accurately and with greater comfort. With the Grad® dismantling keys, you can easily unclip the boards again later for maintenance or adjustment.
