This passive new-build consists of three volumes: the house, a guest annexe with music room and a garage with garden store. The façades are clad in thermo ash, finished with oil in the on-trend colour Emeraude, a treatment that gives the wood extra presence and protects it. Carpentier supplied not only the wood, but also supported the choice of colour. Depending on the light, the shade shifts towards blue or almost black: subtle and distinctive.
