We produce walls, roofs and floors made to measure in our workshop, under controlled conditions, and deliver them ready for assembly. On site, this means fewer operations and a structure that stands within a few days.
We supply fully finished walls, including window and door openings. From exterior finish to interior board: everything is assembled to your wishes. If required, we provide conduits and recesses for services.
Our walls are equipped with quick connections and lifting anchors for efficient assembly.
At Carpentier, we manufacture bespoke roof elements consisting of panels with inner and/or outer boards fitted with high-quality insulation.
We produce the structural beams in solid structural timber, glulam beams, I-joists or LVL, depending on your specifications.
Based on the engineer's structural calculations, we build floor panels with I-joists, LVL or glulam beams. For larger spans, we use our Sylva™ Rib Panels, a strong and material-efficient rib panel. These panels can easily be fitted with cut-outs for services such as ventilation.
Is your client opting for a complete concept? Then we can also include a timber deck, wooden gate and/or fence in the same wood variety and style as part of the kit.
