In addition to individual elements, Carpentier supplies the stock products fully developed as a ready-to-assemble kit. Our technical draughtsmen produce a detailed calculation based on your project — walls, roof elements, floor structures — after which we CNC-machine each part in our own workshop and deliver it numbered. You start on site with material that is ready to install, complete with assembly instructions. No expensive machines required on site, no time lost cutting to size. Thanks to this approach, you save both time and costs.
Carpentier is a licensed manufacturer of Sylva™ LVL Rib Panels for floors and roofs. Under licence granted by Eurofins, and in accordance with the technical specifications and quality framework of Stora Enso, we produce these flat LVL panels with structurally bonded ribs in our advanced production hall for timber construction.
