Our wooden wall panelling and wooden ceilings add warmth and a comfortable atmosphere to any space, and they also contribute to good acoustics. This is an essential factor in offices and restaurants, for example, where echo effects can be disruptive. The importance of good acoustics is often forgotten. This is an important consideration in living spaces, but also in sports accommodations and libraries. Acoustics are often poor in large-volume spaces and industrial interiors, but can be substantially improved by the addition of a wooden ceiling or wall. Feel free to ask us for advice for your specific project.
Upon request, we can apply a fire-retardant finish to wood. Vacuum impregnation in an autoclave makes wood less susceptible to ignition and helps prevent the spread of fire. The fire-retardant product applied in this process is 100% natural and biodegradable, and does not affect the colour or structure of the wood. Flame-retardant finishes are mainly used in high-rise projects and public buildings such as sports facilities, schools, hospitals and libraries, where they are required by law.
